On a lovely fall day, nestled in the natural beauty of Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, Oregon, Macy and Shawn celebrated their love in a wedding that was as unique as their journey together.
The ceremony was a wonderful blend of traditions, reflecting the couple’s diverse backgrounds and shared values. A unity candle ceremony symbolized their coming together as one, while readings of a German poem, a Native American prayer, and a Christian prayer added depth and meaning to the ceremony.
