Oregon Wedding Videography That Lets You Relive the Day
Videography that preserves the movement, voices, vows, speeches, and people you want to remember—planned by one calm team across Oregon and the West Coast.
Wedding video for the parts of the day a photograph cannot hold
Wildwood creates Oregon wedding videography for couples who want to hear the voices, follow the movement, and relive the atmosphere around the photographs. Documentary observation keeps the video grounded in what actually happened; intentional editing gives the story pace and shape.
We plan video coverage around your timeline, people, and priorities—not around a promise to record “every moment.” Your proposal identifies the assigned videographer or team, hours, formats, audio coverage, travel, delivery expectations, rights, and optional additions.
Bree & Andy at Rossi Farms
This Wildwood wedding video, published with our Portland work, is an example of videography using place, movement, and sound to carry a complete celebration.
Watch the pacing and listen for how real voices give the edit meaning beyond the visuals.
What your videography coverage can preserve
Vows, readings, and speeches
Audio planning begins with where people will speak, what the venue provides, and which moments belong in the selected edits.
Movement and atmosphere
Processional movement, embraces, room energy, dancing, and small interactions give the video a sense of time passing.
Interviews and family voices
When interviews are included, we plan a quiet window and simple prompts so the recording feels connected to the day.
Place from the ground—and sometimes the air
Ground coverage establishes the venue first. Drone video is considered only when airspace, venue rules, weather, safety, and timing allow it.
Ariana & Ian at Gray Gables Estate
This published Wildwood wedding video accompanies our Gray Gables Estate work and shows how a venue can remain part of the story without replacing the people at its center.
Videography-only or one coordinated photo-and-video team
| Option | What is coordinated | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Videography-only | Video timeline, audio, camera positions, interviews, and edit priorities | Videographers, hours, formats, delivery, rights, travel, and optional drone coverage |
| Photography + videography | Portrait direction, positioning, audio, movement, and the shared timeline | Assigned photo and video roles, hours, galleries, edits, offers, and all proposal-specific inclusions |
When photography and videography are booked together for six or more hours, current coverage includes $1,000 off. Qualifying eight-plus-hour combined coverage may include a complimentary engagement session. We confirm every condition in your proposal.
Safeguards, delivery, and rights
Before the wedding, we confirm the schedule, assigned roles, important audio, access, and any venue limitations. During the day, the video plan accounts for primary coverage positions and practical alternatives when weather, access, or timing changes.
Afterward, the selected footage moves through the post-production and review process for the edits stated in your proposal. The written proposal is the source of truth for delivery timing, file formats, download or sharing rights, music limitations, raw-footage requests, travel, and any optional additions.

Plan the experience around the day
Build the schedule with the wedding-day timeline checklist, compare our wedding photography, and explore Portland wedding examples.
For video, the goal is not simply a longer edit. It is videography that lets you return to the voices, movement, and people you may someday share with your grandkids.
Oregon wedding videography FAQs
What kinds of wedding videos can we choose from?
Your proposal can distinguish shorter highlight edits, longer documentary edits, ceremony or speech coverage, interviews, and other deliverables. We confirm the exact formats and lengths in writing rather than relying on a package name.
Do you record vows and speeches?
When vows, readings, or speeches are part of the selected coverage, audio planning is built into the day. The proposal identifies the included video deliverables and the planning conversation covers where important sound will happen.
Can we book videography without photography?
Yes. Videography-only and coordinated photography-and-video coverage are separate options. Your proposal identifies the assigned roles, hours, and deliverables for the option you choose.
Is drone footage guaranteed?
No. Airspace, venue rules, weather, safety, and the timeline all affect whether a flight is appropriate and permitted. Drone coverage is used to establish place only when those conditions allow it.
When will our videos be delivered?
Your proposal states the delivery expectations for the selected edit or edits. Ask us to confirm the current window, file format, viewing method, download rights, and any music or sharing limitations before booking.
