ALLISON INN & SPA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER — NEWBERG, OREGON
Thirty-five acres of vineyard light. One team who knows where to stand in it.
The hour before sunset, the Allison's garden turns gold. The vines catch the light first. Then the hills behind your ceremony go that soft Willamette blue. You've seen it — at a tasting, or in the photo that made you book.
You chose The Allison Inn & Spa for exactly this. The next decision is quieter, but it matters. You want a photo and film team who knows this property. This light. How a day here flows.
That's us. One team for photography and film, based in Portland, working wine country weddings across the valley. You get one plan, one timeline, and a gallery and film that belong together.
How we cover a wedding at the Allison
- The light. Golden hour is this venue's signature. Your portrait window sits right inside it — you get the hillside glow without vanishing from your own cocktail hour.
- The terrain. Thirty-five hillside acres means the best views sit a short walk apart. Your timeline builds in breathing room. Moving between garden, terraces, and vine-covered hills feels easy. No commute in wedding shoes.
- The ceremony. The garden frames your vows in grapevines, mountains on the horizon. Every frame holds both — your faces and that view. Drone coverage shows what no guest seat can see.
- The evening. Farm-to-table dinner, local Pinot, toasts under the stars. Coverage stays quiet and close, so your film sounds the way the night felt.
- The morning. The spa is on-site for a reason. You start slow — a treatment, the infinity pool, the vineyard out the window. Your coverage begins when the day actually does.
Nervous in front of a camera? You're in good company. You get gentle direction into good light, then the day runs. You talk to each other; we handle the rest.
A real wedding here
Natalie & Tarek at The Allison Inn & Spa
Natalie called Tarek "her person" and her "home" — then promised, in front of everyone, to always put their relationship first. Tarek vowed to kiss her each morning and stand by her through every high and low. When the officiant pronounced them married, the garden erupted. Happy tears, cheers, the works.
Their day used the property well. Vows in the garden, vineyards and mountains behind them. Then an evening of farm-to-table food and local wine as the hills went dark. Thirty-five acres of Willamette Valley — and they barely had to leave their own party.
