Wildwood Wedding Films & Photography is an Oregon wedding photography and videography business owned by James “JD” Goldstein. JD is also the factual author named on Wildwood planning articles.

- Written roles: The proposal identifies the assigned photography and videography roles, hours, travel, deliverables, rights, and proposal-specific options.
- Shared planning: The team works from one timeline for portraits, movement, audio, travel, access, weather alternatives, and the people you most want preserved.
- Wedding-day coverage: Direction is used when it helps; observation takes over when the moment should remain uninterrupted.
- Post-production and delivery: Photography and video move through their stated editing, review, and delivery workflows. The proposal remains the source of truth for timing and inclusions.

Will JD personally photograph or film every wedding?
The assigned team depends on the coverage selected and is identified in the proposal. Wildwood does not use the word “team” to leave roles vague; ask who is assigned to photography, videography, planning communication, and post-production for your date.
How do photography and videography work together?
When both are booked, the team shares the timeline and plans portrait direction, positioning, movement, and audio together. This reduces competing requests while keeping each person’s responsibility clear.
Where does Wildwood work?
Wildwood is based in the Beaverton and Portland area and works across Oregon and the West Coast. Travel and any location-specific requirements are confirmed in the proposal.
