Film and photo time is the first thing cut when a schedule runs late. We've watched it happen at video-only weddings — the day flies, and the portraits never happen. Yes — audio is half the film, and yours gets treated that way. Both of you are mic'd for the ceremony. Recorders sit at the podium and DJ booth for toasts. Coastal wind off the Pacific? A breezy Gorge afternoon? We plan for Oregon conditions and carry backups.
Absolutely. Videography-only coverage is available, and we coordinate smoothly with your photographer. That said, most couples book both together: one team, one timeline, one style — and booking photo and film together saves you $1,000 with your engagement session included.
Where it's legal, safe, and genuinely worth it — think wide establishing shots of the Gorge, the coastline, or your ranch venue at golden hour. Some Oregon venues and parks restrict drones, and weather can ground them. We'll confirm what your venue allows before the day.
