A vintage convertible down the coast highway, editorial portraits against the cliffs, a first look under the Torrey pines — bring it on. We shoot documentary coverage all day, but our signature work happens in pre-planned couples' sessions where you both get comfortable on camera. (Grooms, we're looking at you.)
Our stylized 1–2 hour engagement sessions turn camera-shy into camera-confident — on the sand at golden hour, along the cliffs, wherever feels like you. When your wedding arrives, being filmed will feel like nothing.
Coastal light changes by the minute — marine layer at noon, fire-orange at six. Professional color grading and elevated editing are part of every package, and we shoot digital on purpose: it handles every swing the day throws at it.
Coverage time is the first thing cut when a timeline slips — and in San Diego, golden hour waits for no one. We start earlier, stay longer, and advocate for your film time with your coordinator. Most couples book 10–12 hours with us, because that's where the once-in-a-lifetime footage actually comes from.

You receive a cinematic highlight film — the one you'll rewatch every anniversary — plus a full ceremony film so nothing said at the altar is lost. Our heirloom films weave on-camera interviews with your loved ones into your vows and toasts, so the film sounds like your family, not a stock music track.
Yes — it's the main reason to hire a videographer. We mic the ceremony and record dedicated audio of vows and toasts. San Diego's ocean wind is planned for, not improvised around: wind protection and mic placement are part of our standard coastal setup.
Yes. Plenty of our couples already have a photographer and bring us in purely for film. Videography-only bookings are welcome — though if you combine photo and film with us, you save $1,000 and your engagement session is free.
Where venue rules and airspace allow, yes — aerials over the cliffs are worth it when conditions cooperate. Afternoon wind off the water can ground the drone; if it does, your ground coverage is unaffected and your film doesn't suffer.
May and June mornings often start gray and burn off by afternoon — we plan portraits and ceremony timing around it, and overcast light is actually soft and flattering on camera. Fall brings the clearest skies and long golden hours. Your exact delivery window is confirmed in writing with your pricing guide.
