Does any of this sound familiar?

You've scrolled a hundred photographer portfolios, and they've started to blur together — pretty, but would any of it feel like you?

You love the idea of candid, unposed photos. You also have no idea what to do with your hands.

Everyone you love, in one room, for one day — and you want to actually be there for it, not manage it.

Nothing on that list is a you-problem. Choosing a photographer from a screen is genuinely hard — the good ones all look the same in a highlight grid. And nobody is born knowing where her hands go.

But you won't get these moments back. So we built the whole studio around making sure you never have to.

Photography that lets you stay inside your own wedding

For most of the day, we blend in like a friend with a camera — catching the organic, unscripted moments you didn't even know were happening. When portrait time comes, we step up as your personal hype team and show you exactly what to do.

The result: genuine, documentary-style memories, and magazine-worthy portraits where you look confident and natural — even if you're camera-shy.

From a Seattle ballroom to a ceremony with Mount Rainier on the horizon, the approach never changes: you live the day. We keep it.

Don't choose us from a website.

Choosing a photographer from a website is nearly impossible — there are hundreds of good ones, and they all look the same on a screen.

So don't choose from a website. Come shoot with us first, at no cost. An engagement session, on us, before you commit to anything.

If you don't love your engagement photos, don't hire us for the wedding. No invoice, no hard feelings, no follow-up pressure.

Every couple who has taken us up on this has booked the wedding. We're not worried either.

What your photography includes

Camera-shy? Good — our whole approach was built for you.

We'll teach you how to pose and look confident (no more "where do my hands go?"), then mostly let you forget we're there. Some moments deserve a hands-off approach; others, like golden-hour portraits, deserve a hands-on one. You get both.

Retouching that keeps the day true.

The sun causes a blemish or two — we'll fix them. Stain on your dress mid-day? Gone. Your white dress stays white, and the color stays honest to what the day actually looked like. Prefer a lighter documentary edit? More black and white? Tell us. We edit to your preferences, not ours.

The drone goes up — and suddenly Puget Sound is in your gallery.

Or the Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, or Washington wine-country rows. The place you chose becomes part of the record. It's included, not an add-on.

They're your photos. All of them.

Full download, editing, and printing rights on every photograph — no charges, no restrictions. Your gallery arrives in Pixieset and on Dropbox, and you can order prints straight to your door. Want a collage printed at your local shop? Go for it.

150+ weddings. 50+ five-star reviews. No two alike.

No two of the weddings we've photographed look the same — because no two couples are. Your colors, your florals, your people: the gallery is built from what was actually there.

“We had a great experience working with J.D. at Wildwood Wedding Films! He did a great job capturing all of the details of our day. We also loved the interviews he did with our friends and family. The end product turned out amazing as well! Definitely recommend!” - Gabrielle W.
“Wildwood Wedding Films did an amazing job at our wedding. Not only did the videos come out amazing but they were able to interact and made the whole thing more fun. We did interviews with some family and wedding party members and I highly recommend it. We will keep watching these videos for the rest of our lives. 10/10 recommend Wildwood Wedding Films.” - Dan K.
“Wildwood did our wedding with very short notice from us, and it was absolutely beautiful. The footage that they took really captured the energy of the wedding. They were very professional and had plenty of great ideas for shots that came out great. We were even able to add something to our ceremony that we hadn't thought of because of their intake form/questionnaire. We would definitely suggest them to anyone getting married!” - Christine C.

The honest number

We're not the cheapest option for a Seattle wedding, and we won't pretend to be. Photography investment starts at $4,000.

You're trusting us with the one day that can't be re-shot. That's where the money goes.

Planning on film too? One team handles both — combined coverage starts at $7,000 and booking both saves $1,000. Details in the pricing guide.

Everything she screenshots to the group chat, answered

Will you help us pose?

Yes — that's the job. We give direct, uncomplicated guidance when it helps (hands, shoulders, where to look), and step back the second the moment is already working.

What if it rains?

Then we make rain photographs you'll love. We plan covered portrait spots, a timeline with breathing room, and use Seattle's overcast light to keep skin tones soft and even.

How many photographers will be there?

Enough that nothing happens unseen. Your proposal names exactly who's with you and for how long — real roles, not a vague "team."

Do we really own our photos?

Yes. Full download, editing, and printing rights on every image. They're yours.

How far ahead should we book?

We take one wedding per date — once a Saturday is gone, it's gone. If you have your date, tell us now and we'll confirm availability within two business days.

Can we add film later?

Yes. Same team, one timeline, one consistent style — and booking photography and film together saves $1,000. Ask for the combined guide and we'll send both.
