But a beautiful venue still has to work. Guest travel, lodging, weather backup, timeline flow — the view can't fix any of those. Below are 20 Bend and Sisters wedding venues worth researching, with verified facts and official links for each, plus the tour questions that protect your day once you have a shortlist.

How to choose between Bend and Sisters venues
Start with the weekend, not the view. Where will guests stay, how will they get around, and does the property work for getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, dinner, and dancing — including for anyone with mobility needs?
Then pressure-test the weather plan. Central Oregon conditions swing by season and elevation. Ask for the realistic plan for rain, wind, smoke, heat, or snow — who makes the call, when they make it, and what changes for transportation, power, audio, and portraits when it's activated.

1. Aspen Hall
Bend Park & Recreation District lists capacity at 150, with Friday-through-Sunday full-day rentals from April through October at $2,300 in-district and $2,760 out-of-district. Tables, chairs, kitchen access, and cleaning supplies come with it; you handle setup, takedown, and cleanup. 2. Aspen Lakes Golf Course

3. Black Butte Ranch
The resort publishes indoor and outdoor options, dedicated catering, and a 10-hour rental for Three Sisters, the Event Deck, and Event Lawn — with tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, bar service, staff, rehearsal access, and a menu tasting listed as included. 4. Brasada Ranch

5. Broken Top Club
The official site identifies Broken Top as a private club, and its public events page describes events for club members. We found no current public wedding package. 6. Elk Lake Resort

7. FivePine Lodge & Conference Center

8. High Desert Museum
The museum's event-rental page lists weddings and rehearsal dinners among its uses, with indoor exhibit halls and outdoor spaces; available start times come from the Event Manager. 9. Hollinshead Barn
Bend Park & Recreation District describes the barn for small weddings: 55-person reception or 110-person theater capacity downstairs, 49 upstairs, with tables, chairs, kitchen access, and Wi-Fi. 13. McMenamins Old St. Francis School
The official events page lists indoor spaces for groups up to 120 — and room rental is waived when the food-and-beverage minimum is met. 14. Pole Creek Ranch

A private, gated 1,700-acre setting. The official page lists the Old Winery Clubhouse for up to 49 indoors, a lawn option for up to 100, and Tuscan Stables for up to 250, with optional lodging — and it says couples choose their own vendors with no food-and-beverage minimum. 17. Rock Springs Ranch
The official site presents the ranch as a wedding venue near Bend — and currently says it's booking 2027. Published package details include tables, chairs, table linens, and four cabin rooms for Friday and Saturday, with an option to add 28 more rooms for the weekend. 18. Sunriver Resort
The resort maintains an official wedding-program page, but on our review date it didn't publish verifiable capacities, prices, or package inclusions without a proposal. The official wedding page describes a historic lodge and boathouse on Suttle Lake in the Deschutes National Forest, with indoor and outdoor options, a little over two hours from Portland. Five questions to send every venue before you build a shortlist
- Is our date available — and which ceremony, cocktail-hour, and reception spaces come with it?
- What's the comfortable guest capacity for our preferred seated layout, not just the maximum occupancy?
- What's the full cost picture — base fee, food-and-beverage minimum, service charge, tax, staffing, rentals, insurance, lodging commitment, overtime?
